They sell seeded watermelon!!! Every grocery store I visited during this summer only had the seedless. The seeds are so good for our bodies. Did you know watermelon seeds are packed with nutrients like folate, iron, zinc, copper, magnesium (over 140% of our daily requirement per cup), and potassium. The seeds are highly nutritious because they are also rich in amino acids, proteins and vitamin B complex. Together, these nutrients help boost your body's metabolism and improve your bones' mineral density and health.

If you've never been, go! Jarjuras has fresh, reasonably priced produce, and more. Better than a supermarket for fruits and vegetables. I would give 5 stars except they don't always have everything on your list. Second, getting your bags to the car can be challenging as the shopping carts dont leave the shopping area. Other than those tiny issues, I highly recommend Jarjuras.
